Our baguette is 15% spelt blended with poolish and sourdough culture. Fermented for 24 hours.
Available with or without a sesame crust (400g).

Made with 80% organic white wheat, and 20% organic red fife (720g).
Seeded

Using 45% whole grains; 35% organic whole spelt and 10% organic whole rye. Covered with toasted sunflower, sesame and flax seeds (720g)
