Baguette

  • Our baguette is 15% spelt blended with poolish and sourdough culture. Fermented for 24 hours.

    Available with or without a sesame crust (400g).

Country White

  • Made with 80% organic white wheat, and 20% organic red fife (720g).

Seeded

  • Using 45% whole grains; 35% organic whole spelt and 10% organic whole rye.  Covered with toasted sunflower, sesame and flax seeds (720g)

Butter Croissant

  • Ingredients: white wheat flour, yeast, butter, sugar, salt, eggs wash.

Cookies

  • Chunky Kamut Peanut Butter, Spelt Chocolate Chip, Seedy Breakfast, Tahini White Chocolate & Fig

Danish

  • Ingredients: white wheat flour, water, yeast, butter, sugar, salt, egg wash topped with seasonal fruit or housemade preserves.
